This important bill is a small step in fighting blindness in diabetics.
This bill will demonstrate the cost effectiveness of early treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
This type of program has already demonstrated a 33% reduction in blindness in areas where diabetic retinal screening is established (non-US locations).
